just spent the weekend in chicago with my favorite pals… exploring, eating cupcakes, dancin at the vampire weekend show, thrift store shopping, and laughing my face off. the icing on the cake: i got to photograph the wonderful ashley and joel. can’t wait for their july wedding!

well it has been a crazy beautiful couple of weeks. i’m not one to get my hopes up for spring being around the corner, living in michigan and all, but the last 8 straight days of perfect sun and warm have sorta kept me from getting anything productive done. looks like we’ve got some rain...
